Own what you eat

Own your Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Manifesto

Olitoka, own what you eat.

Olitoka grants each member a ten-year usufruct on an olive grove in Sannio. The olives are harvested, the oil is extracted and bottled under your guidance, with authentic traceability from field to bottle.

The concept

Change the paradigm. Your own Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Olive oil is the primary source of fat in the Mediterranean diet. Yet on a market saturated with choice, opaque about origins and blurred by industrial blending, it remains difficult to guarantee the quality of what you consume.

Olitoka flips the logic: instead of buying blindly, you hold the usufruct of an olive grove and produce your own oil. A ten-year term, a yearly reserve, an identity.
